July 10 – Not Just Sports – Holley Mangold – KDWN Staff
KDWN’s baseball all-stars, Mitch and Jim will join in the conversation today on the eve of the all-star game.
Not Just Sports will also be talking to Holley Mangold, an Olympic weight lifter who played football for 12 years starting at eight years old. Holley explains that she was attracted to football because she was always a “big girl.” Holley has the unique distinction of being the first female to play as an offensive lineperson on her high school team and participated in football throughout her high school years. Holley was drawn to weight lifting in her teens. This will be her first appearance in the Olympics. Good luck Holley.
