Caroline Queen is a young competitor is this year’s Olympics in the category called whitewater slalom. Her event is one where the athlete navigates through man made waves and turbulence on a course marked with flags. The fastest time wins. Caroline has been training since she was 9 years old and at 19 she is thrilled to have made it to the Olympics. Her impressions of Olympic village and the overall impact from her point of view will be shared with Lance and Susan.
Dr. Peter Candelora is an orthopedic surgeon who is making a difference in the lives of former NFL players. His practice, Coastal Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is based in Port Richey, Florida. Peter has led the way in lending more than a helping hand to former NFL players who are in “dire need” of surgery and cannot afford to pay for the costs of surgery, rehab, and all the ancillary expenses that are part of the overall cost. He has really stepped up and put together a team that has agreed to provide whatever is necessary to improve the physical condition of a player who requires orthopedic surgery. In conjunction with Gridiron Greats, Dr. Candelora is up front and center in the effort to help former NFL players live a better life.
Magician and Comedian Mike Hammer is a live wire. He has a natural comedic talent which combined with magic tricks and audience participation makes for a triple threat. Mike will be in studio with Lance and Susan. Don’t miss this sure fire laugh fest when Lance and Mike, a very talented comic, get together.
